Our practice rooms are gently warmed to a comfortable 82 degrees without any added humidity and we are NOT a HOT yoga studio which in comparison is typically practiced in well over 100 degrees with added humidity.
Being in a cold room can stiffen muscles and we want to encourage ease of movement but without over heating.
We believe heat should be generated from within to burn impurities and open pathways for healing.

This Class is perfect for students new to yoga, or anyone who wants to get back to basics! All Yoga Basics classes are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of Yoga asanas (postures). You will begin by focusing on the basics, but it does not stop there. In this class, you explore the physical poses and the awareness that builds as you practice them. Yoga Basics class teachers are experts at helping you master form, understanding how to breathe, and helping you build confidence in the postures while exploring the wonders of yoga. These intermediate yoga classes are designed to build on the foundations you learned in basics classes. You will deepen your understanding of alignment, build strength, flexibility and balance. Poses are instructed with precise alignment and modifications are offered to help students practice within their ability level. Expect core work, twists, balancing postures, back bends, inversions and breath work to round out this deeply invigorating practice. Like all our classes, a strong flow class is intelligently sequenced, and our teachers offer precise instructions to give you the best possible experience both physically and mentally. Cardio Flow is a fat burning invigorating flow yoga class designed to get your heart rate up and boost your metabolism! Cardio yoga mixes the strength, flexibility, and endurance principles of a traditional power yoga class and adds in elements of cardio in a mindful way, using the principles of interval training. Think: plank + mountain climbers, chair + jump squats, crescent + pulses, chaturanga + push ups! ! The class alternates between periods of high intensity and periods of rest giving you a full body workout. We use our rest periods to stretch and lengthen the muscles we are strengthening, giving students a well-rounded workout experience. Come challenge yourself and shake things up!
This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. A total body workout Yoga Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights are added to a vinyasa yoga sequence, creating resistance and intensifying the results achieved with each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body. It is recommended that you are comfortable practicing at a level 1/2 before taking a Yoga Sculpt class.
Friday Night Flow
Enjoy a mixed levels yoga flow designed to build heat, energize and detoxify the body. Poses are instructed with precise alignment and modifications are offered making this class accessible to students of all levels. Expect core work, twists, balancing postures and breath-work to round out this invigorating practice. All levels welcome but previous level 1/2 experience is recommended.
Yin Yoga With Massage
A restorative yoga class designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. With the gentle support of props, students passively stretch and energize the deep connective tissues of the body, open the joints, and restore alignment. Practiced primarily on the floor in resting postures, Yin Yoga complements a more active (Yang) practice through improving flexibility, ease and balance. The passive physical exploration of Yin Yoga helps to release tension and is also beneficial for those recovering from injury or trauma. Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of deep relaxation. The instructor of this gentle practice and massage assistant will guide each student into deeper surrender with hands-on massage for a truly restorative experience. All levels and abilities are welcome.
This two part yoga class is a combination of a strong flow and a yin practice. You will build heat in the first half of the class with 45 minutes of strong flow including core work, standing balancing, and twists. In the second half of class you will transition to a yin style practice that includes slow deep stretching to open the body and create space in the connective tissue and joints. Enjoy the benefits of both active and passive practice with this well-rounded detoxifying, healing practice. This class best suited for students who are already comfortable practicing strong flow.

This one hour mixed levels vinyasa class will offer something for everyone. Expect an intelligently-sequenced yoga class that keeps the focus on mindfulness and breathwork as you explore your own limits. You are encouraged to walk the line between effort and ease. This is not a one-size-fits-all practice, and students should feel free to modify!
Yogalates is a synergistic class that pulls from the classical techniques of yoga and mat Pilates. This combination boosts endurance, aids flexibility, leans muscles, and stimulates blood flow and organ function. Pilates focuses on deep core muscles and spinal stability. Dynamic Deep Stretch
This class is designed to release tension, align and create space in the whole body. A slow but deep practice targeting chronically tight areas such as shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings and quads. Deep Stretch is an accessible class that everyone needs – athletes, advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, first time yoga students, and everyone in between. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment which can lead to injuries or chronic pain. Recommended for first time yogis, people who spend hours sitting at work, are heavily involved in weight training, endurance sports, and repetitive motion sports.

The Shala Practice is a 75min set sequence of asana, strongly inspired by the Mysore-style astanga practice. Free breathing with sound via the nose, dristi, asana (& mudra), and bandha is emphasized. Chanting opens and closes the practice. The same sequence is practiced every day—emphasizing the power of repetition to build strength and flexibility. The Shala Practice offers a classical approach to students who are looking to develop a rigorous, daily and sustainable yoga practice. While this is an All Levels class and open to everyone, some basic knowledge and practice of asana is recommended.
