Kundalini Yoga incorporates dynamic breathing practices, the chanting of mantras, and mindful movement to connect the physical body with the spiritual being, enhancing overall wellness and increasing awareness. It is not a religion, but rather a universal and nondenominational spiritual practice that welcomes and uplifts everyone.
